We believe people should have access to the knowledge and tools needed to maintain, upgrade, and understand their own computers whenever it is safe and practical to do so.
What that means here
Subtronics LLC is happy to perform repairs, upgrades, setups, and custom builds — but we also want willing people to feel more confident asking questions, trying basic maintenance, and learning how their systems work.
That is one reason this site now includes troubleshooting pages, Q&A content, and build-with-me service ideas. Teaching creates trust, and informed customers make better choices.
