Subtronics LLC provides computer repair, diagnostics, upgrades, and remote support services (including the TechCare membership program).

2. What information we collect
- Contact information you provide (name, phone, email) when you call, text, email, or submit our contact forms.
- Device and service information you share (device type, issue description, logs/screenshots you choose to provide, and service history).
- Payment information is processed by our payment providers (e.g., PayPal). We do not store full card numbers on our website.
- Website usage data such as basic analytics/cookies if enabled on the site (used to understand site performance and improve content).
3. Remote support privacy (important)
We will not access your computer remotely without your knowledge and your request/permission.
- Remote support sessions are started only when you run the remote support tool and provide the connection code (or otherwise explicitly authorize access).
- You can end a remote session at any time by closing the remote support tool or disconnecting.
- During remote support, you may choose what you show on screen. If you need to enter passwords, you can type them yourself.
4. How we use information
- To provide services you request (diagnostics, repair, remote support, membership support).
- To communicate with you about scheduling, quotes, service updates, and support follow-ups.
- To process subscription status and billing through payment providers.
- To improve our website and services.
5. Sharing of information
We do not sell your personal information. We may share information only as needed to provide services, such as:
- Payment processing (PayPal) for subscriptions and invoices.
- Service tools used for remote support, security, or backups (only when required to deliver the service).

We keep service records and communications for as long as reasonably necessary to provide support, comply with legal/tax obligations, and improve service quality. You can request deletion of non-required records where applicable.

- You can request access, corrections, or deletion of certain information by contacting us.
- You can cancel TechCare subscriptions through PayPal at any time.
- You can decline remote support and request in-person service instead (where available).

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The effective date at the top will be updated when changes are made.
