Remote Support

Step 1: Download

We use TeamViewer QuickSupport for secure remote help (it runs only when you open it).

If the download link doesn't work, contact us and we’ll walk you through it.

Step 2: Run it

Open the downloaded file. If Windows asks for permission, choose Run.

Step 3: Give us the code

The tool will show a connection code. Call or text that code to 810-280-2222.

Privacy

Remote access is only used for diagnostics and repair with your permission. You can end the session at any time by closing the tool.
