What is TechCare?

TechCare is a membership program designed to keep your computer running fast and secure without surprise repair bills. If something breaks or starts acting weird, we’ll help you remotely when possible, or get you scheduled quickly for in-shop service.

What’s included

Unlimited remote support

Printer issues, email setup, software problems, updates, slow computer — many issues can be fixed in minutes.

Virus & malware removal

We’ll remove malware and get your system stable again. No system is “100% secure,” but we’ll help you stay protected.

PC tune-ups & maintenance

Cleanup, performance checks, and basic maintenance to keep things running smoothly.

Hardware diagnostics

If a component is failing, we’ll diagnose the cause and recommend the most cost-effective fix.

Priority scheduling

Members get priority scheduling for in-shop service.

15% off labor

Members receive 15% off labor on qualifying repairs and installs. Parts not included.

90-day workmanship guarantee

All workmanship is covered by Subtronics LLC’s 90-day workmanship guarantee. Hardware parts and third‑party software are not covered by this guarantee.

FAQ

Is remote support safe?

Yes. Remote support requires your permission and can be ended at any time by closing the tool.

Do you include hardware parts?

No. Parts are not included. Members receive discounted labor on installs and repairs.

Does TechCare include drive cloning?

Drive cloning is available at a member discount. If you need an SSD upgrade or drive replacement, we’ll quote the best option for your system.

Can I cancel?

Yes. Monthly plans can be canceled anytime. Annual plans are billed yearly and typically non-refundable once service has been used.
